I don't like it very much but I find it interesting so I'll give it a few more listens.
I've listened to nearly everything he's put out. He's got an interesting sound but Mutants proved for me that he probably won't be able to take it into new territory anytime soon. I love him as a rap producer, though.

Excellent producer and crazy with is sound design
but as a artist his songwriting isn't good. &&&&&& showed promise then he dropped xen, which had some nice sounds(wound) but it overall just like an ableton live practice session.
Mutant is better

interestingly, i didn't like mutant and way prefer xen. sisters might be one of my favorite tracks of all time. arca is truly the definition of organic-sounding electronic music.
i think if there were ever another akira movie, arca should score it. his sound would be perfect.

i agree with both of these
arca seems to be trapped in using the same keyboard sounds and same style of dreary go-nowhere type of songs in both of his albums: xen and mutant. it doesn't show the actual catchy famous (FKA twigs) promise he had in stretch 2 and &&&&&.
maybe his new record will be different, but i really think it will just be a continuation of the same random sounds from xen and mutant.
