What do you nurds think of Tatsuro Yamashita?
Been listening to some of his stuff, gives me serious 80's Japan feels. Not memey Japan feels like with vaporwave, but ...stranger, almost as if it makes me happy :')
Tatsuro is GOAT.
Its an 80s feel because you know, its from the 80s.
But, he's so good. One of a kind.

Yea, but his music, his voice, they really make you feel good. Not many 80's artists can really get you to feel the decade, Yamashita really pulls it off
I'm listening to Melodies right now, obviously being his most famous album, been having trouble finding FLAC of his other stuff.

For You is probably my favorite album of his. Sparkle, Music Book and Love Talkin' are fantastic.

Toshiki Kadomatsu does it just as well for me. On the City Shore and After 5 Clash are both great albums.
