I went to a Motorhead concert before and the sound was so muffled you could barely distinguish any of the songs. It was garbage.

go dude. even if you're going by yourself, it doesn't matter. it's about the band and the experience of hearing your favorite music live not getting laid or some shit. no one cares if you go alone so don't fret about it

Not sure if this counts; when I was visiting family down south their church was heavy into Christian-Rock and had a band before every sermon. The band wasn't bad at all, there was a slight religious undertone but nothing excessive thankfully, it was actually decent.
I was surprised though, I didn't know that you could actually feel the drums inside of your body, the bass becomes a part of you and everyone else in the audience. Maybe I was just so enthralled because the vocalist was a qt but I actually looked forward to those southern Sundays simply because of the band.

Black Sabbath, AnCo, Iron Maiden, Blue Oyster cult concerts, and this is just in the first half of the year. I only went to the Sabbath one, I didn't hear about the AnCo one until a day before it happened.

We did get Willie Nelson not long ago but yeah most are shit. There are a few okay local country bands that do restaurants and bars but nothing good
Concerts really aren't worth it in my opinion. They are expensive, the band usually is late plays poorly, sounds bad, and the people around you are intimidating and annoying. It's comfier to just stay home and listen to some favorite albums.
