Rate an album's replay value. Give reasons if you are so inclined.
Pic related is a 2.73/10.00. While there are obviously details to be picked up in the production, continuing replays have yielded even less rewarding listens.

Also, how much does replay value of an album matter vs how interesting it was on first listen?
Pic related is 10/10, been listening to it for years and still find new details with every listen

I don't know how you ended up at that autistically specific conclusion but I'll say it's replay value is slightly lacking
Still breddy gud tho
>>63474326
It's obviously 2.73 replay value, what other possible value could it be?
But I agree, it's a lot better than most people are making out
i've listened to this album almost every day for like a year and a few months and never really got tired of it
10/10 because it's the most i have ever gotten out of an album, by far
7.5/10

I'd say that's 10/10 - try again with acid and headphones
>>63474573
that's bullshit
this album is not enjoyable unless you're hand-drumming and high on caffeine

THEY'RE FUCKING TALKING IN THE BACKGROUND
>>63473946
>2.73
A plus with the shoddy recording quality is that many things are buried in the mix. the guitar in the left channel in the title track is all but indecipherable.
Sister Ray itself is a constant experience of discovery.

this is obviously a 2.72/10.00 don't kid yourself
>>63474599
>high on caffeine
well i'm a nervy kinda guy by default so maybe idk
Things I notice come from paying attention to how things are played. For example, the guitar in the middle of "Hip Priest" is literally just strumming the open strings.
What this then does is make me think "how fucked up were these people". It makes me imagine the recording sessions.
I know this is a bait thread
>2.73
but SJ and PW are the two most replayable from anco.
>>63474625
Whaaaaaat, which tracks?
>People who rate anco albums are weirder than the band itself...
7/10
This shit gets richer every time.
