Noise rock isn't shoegaze, and in Daughters' case, with how close they get to noisecore, this is especially true.
They're fucking mathcore, dude. Mathcore is the antithesis of shoegaze.

I've only seen Swirlies, Creepoid and No Joy live. Out of the 3, No Joy was by far the worst.
