Try The Fragile if TDS doesn't inspire you enough. It's quite more diverse (still can't stand some of the lyrics tho)

this album is ok, i like a lot of neofolk and stuff and was able to enjoy some of this album even though it isnt in that same genre really but sort of has similar aspects, but i REALLY dont fucking get why it was shilled so hard on this board for a while.

Few albums better summarize the spirit of the 1990s than The Downward Spiral (1994).
