I haven't noticed any discernable difference in the quality, only the difference in the mixes, takes, and actual songs, like the guitar parts in Tomorrow Never Knows, the boldness of the brass section in Got to Get You Into My Life, and the part where John says Life of Ease in the mono version of Yellow Submarine, plus the difference in vocals in Elanore Rigby, to name but a few.
