i'm starting a month of learning a new bass line every day and am trying to come up with some good ones that i hadn't thought of.
mostly interested in hip-hop, jazz, classical, and electronic music so stuff in that wheelhouse is best, but i'm also trying to expand.

Although it doesn't fit your genres, give Golden Earring - Quiet Eyes a try. Probably the most satisfying bass I've heard in months.
The bassline in Living on a Prayer is killer for practicing super tight 8th notes, also what he plays in the chorus is a good example of what you can do as a basist in choruses, he sort of plays a mix between following the guitar and playing the melody, and still in ridiculously tight 8th notes, goddamn session/studio musicians...
