What do you think about nudity/explicit content on album covers?
Should it be censored in record stores and online, or should it be exhibited without any form of censorship?
I'm very anti-censorship when it comes to art. Censoring album covers is like going to the Sistine Chapel and putting a black square over Michelangelo's "Creation of Adam" where Adam's penis is, simply because it's "inappropriate." In my opinion, nudity is a completely acceptable and powerful way of expressing yourself or others artistically.

The way that vinyl version of No Love Deep Web was packaged was the optimal way for me on how to deal with nudity on an album cover. It had a giant black wrapper around the entire album, and it just said what the album and band were. If I know the band, I'll know what to expect when opening up the cover.
When I'm going into record stores and out in public in general, I don't need to see giant dicks.

I'm neutral towards them. If it's just someone's naked body then I'm cool with it.
I don't like pornographic covers though, where the viewer is to sexualize the person on it.

Online it should be and you should be able to hover or click to see the uncensored cover.

No, it's not. The Sistine Chapel commissioned the artwork to be what it is, whereas record stores do not ask artists to release albums with explicit artworks.
The artist should be allowed to choose what he wants to make, as much as the store owner or shopkeeper should be allowed to display the merchandise at his store however way he wants. It's his store, not the artist's.
