You probably don't care about reality but these credits also include the writers for the featured performers and usually the writers of the music sampled too. Most songs have a feature or two, therefore will have at least two writers, and most use samples so you're looking at more.

If you're talking about 30 Hours (has an extended ad-lib section), let's break it down.
30 Hours samples Arthur Russel's song Answers Me, written by Arthur Russel. He's in the credits for the song. It features Andre 3000, real name Andre Benjamin, who interestingly doesn't have writing credit on the track so his verse may have been written by any of the other people listed (Pharell and Drake (Aubrey Graham) are both listed as writers on this track).
The song severals a few Nelly songs, which explains Jason Epperson's writing credit, since he produced those tracks. That also explains Cornell Hayne's contribution, as that's Nelly's real name.
The only name left is Charles Brown, a blues musician from the 40s and 50s who died in 1999. Good chance one of his songs was sampled in 30 Hours or one of the Nelly Tracks. I doubt he helped Kanye write his lyrics for the track, but maybe i'm wrong.
