STGSTV is the best because it is not only the most musically beautiful, but also the feelsiest lyrically. They never made a song as simply awe-inspiring as Chocolate Girl or Alvin Row again. AnCo went BACKWARDS in "evolution" as a band. STGSTV, HCTI and Danse Manatee are by far their best with literally everything else ranging from decent to shit. Painting With continues that trend. It's a step above the last few albums but that's not really saying much.
