If he had good lyrics and interesting song structures in a way to make his music more "dangerous", he would have been much more interesting. Like if this would have been a front singer of a Harsh Noise ou Power Electronics band like Whitehouse, It could have been one fucked up of a group and truly the most insanes shows ever played for humans entertainment.

a non musician posing as one. calling him a musician is like calling Hitler a painter, something which is technically true but deceptive. Really, he was a shock performer, the modern equivalent of a grotesque circus freak. He completely misunderstood punk rock, both the musical and cultural aspects of it, he contributed absolutely nothing to music and is frankly an embarrassment to rock music.
He suffered some real nasty abuse from his parents, especially his dad, so it's no wonder he became so fucked up. I think his childhood was so bad he knew how do do nothing but reciprocate that abuse and made it a spectacle, he hopped on the punk rock bandwagon to give his macabre spectacle a stage, but it had nothing to do with music.
We really shouldn't grace him with discussion on a music forum, for he was not a musician, just a deeply disturbed individual who used music as a front for cruelty and depravity.
