The Dreaming is better than Hounds of Love. All of her albums are worth listening to and are good except maybe The Red Shoes (which I haven't listened to much so it may be good if I did more) and Director's Cut because that's just rerecordings of earlier stuff.

From just getting in to her, all I can conclude is that her music is crazy ad fuck. Both good and bad, it's everywhere lads.
With more listens it definitely gets better.
