Yes. Black Tie White Noise and Outside are underrated, Heathen and Reality are underrated and in his top half of records easily. The Next Day is probably better than those as well, though it's very similar.

This and the title track are absolutely gorgeous, if you can get over the over glossy 80s production.
Of course, the album undoes all of that good with Shining Star, the single worst song of his career.
