wouldn't say the division is that clear between /bleep/ and the rest of 4chan.

you will never see this being a politically homogenic left wing thread full of people who talk about "structures" lol.
it's a more eclectic place and if you want to play janitor and complain every time you are triggered by something, then this probably is not the best place to find bleeps for you.

but yeah, this should primarily be a place for music rather than politics.

It's something /mu/bies likes to latch on to as a retaliation against accusations that they're just pitchfork drones. When someone uses 'nodata-core' they're simply demonstrating that they don't understand what nodata really is (essentially an temporary mirror/ public outlet of what.cd, with some curation).

Good. This isn't rock or pop where you go to a gig to hear classics. if I'm at the club I want Hodge to play a lot of new and unreleased tracks, not 'The best of Skull Disco 2005 - 2008'.

A lot of guys in the UK have been making music combining their love for Footwork and for Drum n Bass for a long while now. People like Fracture, Sam Binga, Addison Groove, Stray, and Day Dawn Night have all combined their sounds with footwork influences. If anything I might call in a separate UK genre -- I've heard similar sounds referred to as Half-Step occasionally in Sam Binga's case.

The 'original' Footwork producers are also doing something similar after exposure to more UK music, DJ Earl's done it for a while and DJ Taye is slowly doing more of it.

I've never heard it called halfstep, but I have heard the term halfstep used for the slower more ambient D&B that used to be Med School's staple sound (mainly guys like Unquote and Bop) but that style didn't last long.

i've been producing a lot of dub techno except played at like 135 bpm and i throw in loads of slowly pitch alternating and syncopated breaks on top of a dub bassline, huge dub sub bass, stretched vocal samples, tape hiss/water/static/ambience that gets sidechained with varying aspects of the mix as the song progresses and i love throwing in rhodes samples to get that dusty feel

am i the next traumprinz?
>>
>>61820004
>i only took 3 pills

Wew lad, my record is like 3-4 md mixed with 1 4fmp.

but that was for a 12Hour party + after party, 1 with a few lick of MD will do the trick most days.

So that's it, I finished listening to ALL of Squarepusher's albums (plus one EP). All in just over 24 hours. My favorite albums overall were his first five plus "Just a Souvenir". If I had to rank those I'll currently put them as...

Burningn'n Tree >Music Is Rotted One Note > Just a Souvenir >Budakhan Mindphone > Hard Normal Daddy >Feed Me Weird Things

They're all great, though. Now it's time to go through Amon Tobin's stuff. On a side note, anyone know any artists like 808 State? I liked them a lot, as well.

Anybody ever went to the club on their own? Thinking about going to Village Underground on 6th of February but I'd have to go on my own and take the plane (from Holland which is surprisingly affordable). fucking hard decision eh

Christ, senpai this feel is too real. It sucks though cause it's so hard to make a first move without making yourself look like some douchebag you know? I've still never made out with a girl while on M, I imagine that'd be awesome but I never really think about it when I'm going hard.

a few tabs of 1p-LSD arriving in the post tomorrow or Tuesday
what are good trippy bleeps?

to me, xanax is better than MDMA even. call me crazy, but even though they are the complete opposite i find them a like to me in many ways

don't take it at a club night

Yeah, I've been out with them a couple of times. Join the /bleep/ whatsapp.

Dunno how many others are going on the 6th, but I was gonna go to that night alone anyway whatever, so yeah. It'd be cool meet up with you if you want.

Are you getting a hotel or something?

are the bleep lads that meet up on whatsapp going to lobster theramin @ corsica and are you lads getting on it?

>>61821353
Never tried the 1p, just the regular acid but 250ug and a pinger 3 hours after you take the acid is very ok-hand.
But I wouldn't advise it for the 1st experience on acid.

>>61821424

i dunno how you people live like this

nop, I study in Nancy (Eastern France), and I went to Paris this week-end especially for a rave.

yeah, don't use that word like that here ever again, alright family? good
>>
>>61821556

I'm sure someone will offer to let you crash on their couch? Flying on no sleep is not great, even if it's just across the channel.
>>
>>61821647
he could be talking about an actual rave though
>>
>>61821647
lol shuddup homie

me and the lads go ravin all fuckin nite long bruv

really though
>>

>>61821628
heh, i have some family in nancy. or at least near there.

hope you had a good time
>>
>>61821320
It only makes you sleepy if you were tired or didn't have a good rest before taking it. It makes parties more fun right off the bat and makes you go fucking wild. Xanax is like a chill drunk feeling (but infinitely than alcohol) where you just wanna kick it at the club, I take it to pick up girls at at parties and well... I'm successful almost every night.

Gotta be careful with the dose tho, it's very easy to go overboard and black out and then no one knows what's coming next. You think of stupid shit to do and you just do it, you literally have no control of your body. Might end up fighting or destroying shit and other random dumb things you otherwise wouldn't do.
>>
>>61821647
>>61821679
it was a rave in its structure, location and the way it was unraveled, but not in its mentality sadly.

And what's wrong with saying "rave" ? There is not only one definition for this term, closed-mind biggot.
>>
>>61821737
sounds interesting. what dosages do you like to do?
also, how physically/mentally harmful is xanax?
>>
Is there anything better in life than a combination good bleeps, good drugs, good people and good clubs?
>>
>>61821722
love how ben ufo calls nights ' parties '
"hessle audio are throwing a party" etc
very charming
>>
>>61821737
>Might end up fighting or destroying shit and other random dumb things you otherwise wouldn't do.
not for me then because i have very destructive tendencies when my inhibitions are lowered
>>
>>61821817
remember that first time you went to the club, and it was the perfect combination of music/people/drugs.

those were good times.
>>
>>61821855
it happens again right?? right?????
