Is he next, /mu/?
hell be fine
Maybe, but unlike Bowie, I won't care as much. While I do listen to the Beach Boys way more than David Bowie, I won't be as sad about Brian dying considering he hasn't written a great song in decades. Meanwhile, Bowie's last good album was literally a week ago.

This. I love his music but he hasn't kept a connection like Bowie did.
It'll be bittersweet to see him go. On one hand, he did write some amazing music and he is one of the nicest dudes ever. On the other, his mental state is pretty clearly deteriorating and I'd be sadder to see him go full senile.
Meanwhile, fucking Mike Love will live forever because there is no justice in the world.
If he wants to die in a cool way like Bowie he could die right after doing his Pet Sounds set at Levitation.
Hopefully

Brian, unlike bowie, actually made good music. No I'm not baiting nor am I being ironic.
Smile/pet sounds > bowie's catalog

I actually feel sorry for you more than anything for not being able to find any enjoyment out of any bowie songs

surf's up/pet sounds > bowies catalog
bowie is an overrated scene hopper with nothing prolific under his belt. just a meme

give him credit where is due, Low and Station to Station are great, his other albums have some good songs too but are really inconsistent
but yeah prime Brian is another level, legit the GOAT pop songwriter
