Vocals are idiosyncratic as fuuuck but I dig it, reminds me of (please don't take this in a bad way) The Gorillaz, there's a charming quality to it. The instrumentation is abstract as fuck. Heavily recommending this for a venture into almost avant-garde post-punk. Virtual Architecture is a cool fucking album.

Groovy as fuck prog-esque arrangements, I love the trippy tremolo picking you employ with the absolutely CRAZY fucking drums, it's so good. Have you considered adding vocals? That would make this perfect, even just some ambient background ones.

Like a more almost avant-punk version of the Gorillaz, though as the track go on you display more diversity in the vocals. They seem a little dry, at least in the first song, and by that I mean they could probably do with some effects. Then again, I drown my vocals in effects so it's probably more just my preference than anything.

i listened to Somaren. i enjoyed it even though it really isnt my kind of thing, i usually like when after a big build up there is a big, crazy pay off or that by the end of the song it feel quite different from the start but thats clearly not what you were going for here and i understand that, despite everything i just said i enjoyed many technical aspects of it. might check out the s/t later.

listened to krome avenue and loved everything sbout it but the vocals, i just thought they were too... i dont know... "edgy" (?) they just feel like they are trying too hard to fit in with the atmosfere but they end up kinda breaking it. also, are those airhorns i hear? because if so this might be the first time i see them being used tastefully

i listened to quiet decay. in decay i like how the noise drowns out the soft piano at the start of the song, then it feel like this noise is trying to find its shape through the song and by the end it becomes a very polished note that plays along with what it had drown out at the start. after listening to decay quiet just feels like a poor verson of it, i guess thats not the order in wich the album is supposed to be listened to but thats the way bandcamp played it and i think it kinda takes away from the experience.

Unwell here, thanks for the input. Interesting observations, honestly I haven't thought much about that EP in a pretty long time, it was definitely during my feet-finding days. I do think Decay is the better track, it was also recorded later. Now I probably would have paired it with something else but back then I just released whatever I had.

Don't listen to this m8 no one is hopeless. Its obvious listening that you don't really have any true foundation in songwriting that you try to hide behind background effects and droning. You seem to play guitar alright and have a sense of melody.
