Depends on what you mean by goth OP, it can vary in sound greatly. There's either really guitar driven stuff or really synth driven stuff.
Asylum Party - Borderline (french goth that is the perfect blend of guitar and synth, honestly what the South Park goth kids probably listen to)
The Cure - Pornography (guitar heavy)
Lowlife - Permanent Sleep (guitar heavy)
Microdisney - Everybody Is Fantastic (synth heavy, despite the title it will bum you out)

You can find some interesting "gothlike" stuff if you search for the japanese scene called "visual kei". look for the early ones from the 80s and 90s. anything after that is crap.
