/mu/ has got me to listen to a few post-rock albums, and I've really liked a few of them.

Post your post-rock here

Could not recommend this album more. Has Jefre-Cantu Ledesma in the band too which is a bonus. Really good if you're into ambient post-rock crescendos.

And look at that cover.

not that I can think of but you might want to check out Neu!, Can, and Jagatara if you haven't already, they might sound similar to what you are looking for

Just finished listening to this and it was pretty good, one or two songs have some screaming so it might not be your cup of tea if youre not into that
>>
I have been constantly having this album grow on me for the past year.Haven't found anything like it.
>rock n' roll, experimental electronic, whispered vocals, screaming vocals, math-y drums, weird mixing, bright guitar tones
>>
>>61464221
Yeah I have listened to them but thanks for the recs
>>
Check out this chart, OP. You might like some of these.

What when we've exhaysted the essentiak first wave? I cant find more stuff that sounds like it and second wave is not as good
>>
>>61465886
There is a lot of different stuff going on in 1st wave what are your favorite albums?
>>
first time on /mu/, came looking for a post rock thread since I just watched Me and Earl and the Dying Girl and The Big Ship by Brian Eno plays in it. It is sublime. Post-rock songs can make tv/film scenes transcendent if done correctly.

I like Circadian Eyes, Explosions in the Sky, and Eno.

Eno isn't post-rock.
