The thing is, while I get the hate for Islam as a culture (its a fucked culture) it needs to be dealt with by fading away slowly into obscurity and not by the US getting directly involved in "exterminating" it, which NEVER EVER works. It fucked us in Nam, it fucked us with the Red Scare era, and it'll just fuck us again.
Best option IMO is to raise the standard of living, reduce corporate power, add in more socialistic values and ideals and become a more accepting and globally prosperous addition to the developed western world, which ideally, in turn, would leave Islam to wither away in it's own filth.
ISIS needs to be dealt with cautiously and with care, but it does need to be dealt with, and I think a collective effort between the US and EU powers along with cooperative nations in the middle east would be the best way to suffocate ISIS and violent islam.
Thing is, Trump is just a fucking IDIOT who will do none of the above, make the conflict worse, make the situation worse, create more refugees, and fail to create peace in the middle east on any level.
Trump is an idiot, Carson is a fucking creepy idiot, Clinton is a corporate puppet lizard queen. Sanders isn't perfect but he's our best option for almost every issue.
