Main reason for this I think its because American rappers have a struggle or meaning to their music but British rappers look like tryhard fuccbois. I wont even start with the accents.

Rejjie Snow is Irish but it's close. He's great. Little Simz is also pretty good. That's about it though yeah. Otherwise it's grime, and I just don't like grime that much at all
