Totally not. Clubbing is pretty dead, although there are some places it is really nothing to write home about. Candyflipping is dangerous because of the whole bunch of chinese shit (like mephedrone and such) floating around the country. The safest bet is buying online but that's risky cause the police are pretty heavy on this stuff.
