Any more cold albums like this? I heard this is pretty much a Bowie album but i know nothing about him, so maybe some Bowie albums that sounds like this?
Well Bowie did some work on Lou Reed's Transformer. Apart from that, i'd try his Berlin stuff. Low, Heroes & Lodger.

The guitar riffs are krautrock inspired so they sound kinda funky, but the album has no funk other than that.
