What snares
>>61241913
Like someone gave a fuck, they are sold out for a long time now. Perhaps we may have a chance to see them in Nickelodeon Kid's Choice Awards in 2016
literally the metallica of music
>>61242132
You sound 15
>>61242157
i'm actually 26, but thanks for making me feel younger, i guess
>>61242157
yeah because only young folk have a distaste for mediocre music
>>61242200
No. The whole "sellout" argument is pathetic.
>>61242236
>implying sold out doesn't mean, makes shitty generic music to appeal to the widest audience possible
>>61242200

You can be like Anthrax and still be 2-3 spots under the headliner after all these years or do what Metallica did.
Kindly explain to me why it's wrong. M'thrash.
People unironically like Metallica.

>>61242362
Of you only know entry level music, yes
>>61242323
Metallica began as 4 kids writing really good songs about literature, war, darkness, as opposed to the 80's glam scene, which represented pretty much sex and drugs
Some few years later they release Load and the first song was "Ain't my Bitch", and they were lyrically and musically far from what they began with.
They are intelligent dudes, they could write good lyrics that had some meaning, but they decided to just go the poppy way and get some money
>>61242472
i still like their 90s stuff, st anger was a bit of a mess and i wasn't fussed on death magnetic
>>61242472
And it's wrong because?
>>61242522
Because they decided they would just change their fanbase. They were not wrong in a moral way, they could do that and they did it, but they just left all the fans that brought them to the metal mainstream scene behind.
>>61242560
So instead of releasing pointless albums like Megadeth during their inevitable decline, they went for *safe* and profitable releases.
Tough titties.
>>61242626
you can't be serious
>>61242667
only megadeth albums anyone seems to care about are rust in peace and maybe that 1992 one
>>61242626
I hope you are not implying 90's Megadeth is bad, because is actually their best era, and I'm not saying it just for RIP.
>>61242722
No. Mustaine is love, Mustaine is Life.
Def not that era.
