That's actually not even kind of an impressive number, that's roughly one every six months which means you have like two weeks per song. Literally anyone can do that, it barely even counts as a hobby in terms of time investment.
Albums take a long time to come out for marketing reasons, if you flood out too much product it makes it hard for the average consumer (many will look at your display of 20 albums and just walk away with that deer in headlights look) and looks bad in a way that devalues your work. It's much easier to sell periodic installments than a huge pile of discs. The system isn't like this because albums are difficult to write.
