I actually kinda agree, I think their later albums are 7/10s but this album is honestly near unlistenable for me personally. I see what they were trying to do, which is impressive for teenagers, but that's about it.

Most of the "harsh" (HUGE quote marks there) bits occupy the first 3 tracks. Penny Dreadfuls, Chocolate Girl, and La Rapet are fairly accessible pop songs.
Took me about 6 listens to really start to appreciate this album. It can be hard to understand the appeal at first, but it's really worth it desu f a m.
