Great band, /mu/plebs don't understand and will deny that they ever liked Congratulations so they can stay trendy.

A solid 7/10.
Oracular Spectacular is GOAT and will remembered as one of the best albums of the late 2000s. Everything else they did pretty much sucks.

a throwaway pop band that thinks making whacky music validates themselves as artists. whenever someone talks about how after OS they started making less accessible music to ward off plebs I cringe a little

Congrats is obviously their magnum opus
OS : God tier
Congratz : Very good some boring tracks though
Self titled : Some mediocre/basic songs, but you have to give several tries to Cool Song or Alien Days (real masterpiece Imo, but not at first plays)
Their next album will determine if they are a great lasting band or not
Absolute shit in concert btw
