Misunderstood Genius for sure. Even music critics don't understand him. He's definitely prolific that's for sure. He put out a new Dreamers album, which is pretty good and he formed a new group, Simulacrum, that already put out three albums this year and they are really good too.
The Dreamers are probably my favorite modern Zorn project though.

He's a talented composer but like Zappa he tends to inject cringy edgelord shit in his work that makes him hard to take seriously. "HURR DURR GUTS OF A VIRGIN xD ***SCREAMING*** xD Holds Up Spork!! xD" You get what I'm saying.

incredibly creative, ambitious, and prolific. obviously not all of his work is top notch, but a large quantity of it is worthwhile, which is amazing considering the sheer size of his discography.
