I'm guessing he's talking about how he literally made no attempt to do anything creative with the samples at all. The King Crimson sample is just haphazardly slapped on in a really predictable manner. On the Black Sabbath sample in Hell of a Life he's just appropriated the lead riff and looped it a few times. It's extremely lazy composition, even for hip-hop.
