Great album overall though
Great album. One of the best products of the Electroclash renaissance (same with their remix for Electric Feel which won a Grammy. If you haven't heard if here: https://youtu.be/AWigCggVv2Y )
The live album is just as amazing, if not better in some aspects. It really encompasses what that era of electronic music was all about, imo, and D.A.N.C.E. is a classic. The Party (really not going to type that all out) is the worst track but not as bad as some people make it out to be.
I hope their next effort is as good but not a rehash. AVD was alright for what they wanted, the stadium EDM 80s rock mash, albeit mediocre in comparison to the test of their discography, remixes included. Their remix for Ich R U by Boys Noize gives me hope (again, if you haven't heard it here: https://youtu.be/Ah3TrLr351o).

When I say that I'm mostly referring to Genesis which strikes me as the kind of song Hitler would like if House music was a thing back in the 30s/40s. Sort of Wagnerian sounding. It sort of sets me in that way of thinking for the rest of the album.
