It's only their best album only because it was their LAST, and the band finally broke up, and nobody had to sit through their insufferable dreck, anymore. Besides they always sucked since Dark Side of The Moon came out, and THAT was originally supposed to be their last album, but stupid people who didn't know any better , and thought The Beatles were getting back together went and bought it anyway, thus forcing Roger Waters to have a nervous breakdown four years later!

I actually really like the division bell. I don't think it's their best by far but it's still a great album. Much better than the endless river and monetary lapse of reason, which were largely in the same style.
