WTF
What?
the top single is Wouldn't it be Nice/God Only Knows, with 4.40.
Or are you complaining about the song being critically acclaimed? It's a great piece of pop music with phil's trademark production. It's a milestone.

Most influential beat of all time
shhhh or it'll be attacked by the metal manchildren 0.5 rating brigade

>Or are you complaining about the song being critically acclaimed? It's a great piece of pop music with phil's trademark production. It's a milestone.
Eh, it was kinda revolutionary and fresh and new at the time, but I think that rating is really overblown, considering many extraordinary songs lie at 3.80-4.00 and not as high as 4.30.

>implying
It's always the indie fags and avant-teens that downrate everything

I remember when SJWs downgraded Weezer albums to under 4.0
What's so special about this song? What did Brian Wilson hear in the chorus except for the drum beat (and little percussion=?
>>61154567
good. weezer sucks.
dont care how influental it is or isnt its just a rlly great pop song
havent heard it in like half a year but it just begun echoing in my head and dats a great feeling
>>61154601
If you can't immediately hear it then nobody can explain it to you. It's just a simple, tight, well written song, with production that only Spector could achieve.
>>61154547
I own this 45.
>>61154555
Truth and trips.
>>61154676
i could never truly decide whether ur rlly cool or not cool @ all and i still cant but right now my opinion is closer to the first
>>61154512
I also think that rating is overhyped, I mean "Louie Louie" came out the same year and it has only 3.92 rating and it is so much better than "Be My Baby".
>>61154512
I don't get it -
it's pretty much one of the greatest pop songs of all time
>>61154972
I wouldn't go that far, but 4.30/5.00 seems pretty fair. It's a solid and memorable (for all the right reasons) song that definitely holds up 50 years later.
>>61154834
true
WTF
>>61155368
Both are fantastic songs
>>61155368
OH HELL NO
>>61155368
This is a completely reasonable state of affairs
>>61155368
Wow, this is even worse. How on earth are those two crappy bands so high?
"WTF" and other acronyms widely used like that are pleb-core
>>61154834
I love the London philharmonic orchestra's version of Louie Louie.
>>61157377
nt,btw

Why dI'd you make this thread again?
