Hopefully you realise music is not about being complex or technical, music needs to be good and appealing. Most stuff that is complex and technical like for example c++ is not appealing to most people because of it's complexity and technicality. Rap uses actual vocals, and real instruments are dead since the 1980s

Sorry but >>61081654 is right. Mick Jenkins is one of my favorite rappers out of Chicago right now. The Mickstape was great, Trees & Truths was amazing and The Water[s] is probably my favorite mixtape of all time, but Wave[s] was complete shit. P's and Q's and Alchemy are probably the best singles/songs of 2015, but my god that entire project other than those two songs is garbage. Like, I get it, he was having fun and experimenting and it was a nice gesture to hold is over until The Healing Component, but Jesus Christ it was trash.
