Listen, the idea of there being a collectively-agreed aoty is insane. Music cannot be entirely objective; if you disagree with TPAB's politics, you're probably not going to hold it in the esteem that someone like me would. Any album most mutants would agree upon would probably be too tepid to be a true aoty, or even the album of the week it was released.
