the flow is really shaky and bad
the rhymes aren't bad but they're too doom-esque like you said, even just the way you place your multi syllable rhymes is way too similar
your voice isn't that shit for a white guy but your delivery is too bland and lacks the presence that DOOM has
overall like 3/10 but not as bad as alot of netcees, i could see you being good one day, also pick a different kind of beats we don't need more music like this out there

It's decent. It's not amazing but there's definitely potential there.
Develop your own style, make yourself stand out. I like DOOM but he already used the comic book gimmick, nobody's gonna wanna hear a poor man's DOOM. Take inspiration from your peers, but don't blatantly rip them off.
Other than that, good flow, good voice for rap. Your lyrics are pretty clever too.
