I like everything but the vocals. Not into screaming.
I listened to that album once, I remember I got really bored because it sounded so middle-of-the-road to me.

Opeth's great. They do dark, pretty metal well. Their last two albums are good tripping music but boring otherwise. Still Life, BP or Orchid is my favourite album.

Opeth are maaaaad as. Blackwater Park, Deliverance and Orchid in my top albums of all time
Very good for what they are- dramatic, theatrical prog-metal. I suppose they have some "connotations" around these parts but I really do think they have some great albums.

They're kinda hated on /mu/ because they are a relatively popular prog metal band like DT so they must be bad, right?
I loved them back in high school, dont really listen to them now, but still life, ghost reveries, blackwater, mayh and some of damnation and deliverance really held up through the years.
