Honestly bud, you have to just ask people. In clubs, bars, wherever it looks like uni students/smokers are. You can go to any city/town in the world and find weed if you look for it. If you truly are as much of a recluse as you say you are, spend time figuring out how to buy it online.
In other news, I love that The Heavy Eyes and Ten East are on that chart. It's the only time I see their stuff on /mu/, and they're both stellar groups

As for >>60947667, what quoted above said is basically true. If you're really not into hanging out with people, online is the way to go. If you can build up the confidence though, people understand that you asking is just you getting into it. We were all new to it at one point.
The phrase "You wouldn't happen to know where I could grab some weed, would you?" can get you pretty far (You can also use it for any drug imaginable, if you feel ballsy enough)

I love Causa Sui, specially Summer Sessions, their songs titles are perfect. Take Soledad for instance, the song itself perfectly fits with the title. Or Sun Prayer, that one really seems like a prayer to the dawn.

Sky Valley doesn't have Spaceship Landing into Day One though, but that's just my opinion. I think that combination of songs closes out the album in such a great way, but of course Whitewater is incredible too
