I've enjoyed artists from each level but I and III have my favorite styles.

The higher I got is III with free jazz and furniture music. Baroque pop should be one step higher. I mean, it's actually lower than New Wave (?!) and all kinds of rock.

I guess the fault is on the term Baroque Pop. I think of Art Pop when I say it but it mustn't be the same thing.
