Need more like clipping. Harsh noise + a killer rapper is fucking awesome.

clipping's rapper is trash

He's not great. Personally, I think the PE aspect of their music feels more lacking than the rap song aspect.
They're atypical, but they could do a better job of representing their influences.
Nonetheless, I recommend Subtle and Techno Animal.

The only "harsh noise" I remember on this album was like the first track and some elements of a couple other tracks. It's great but I don't get it when people call it noise
>>60712221
Even in story 2? Where the song changes tempo mid verse at least 5 times?
>>60712336
Seems like none of you have actually listened to any of their shit. Midcity is almost completely harsh noise. ?

>five middles
I hate all these "harsh noise" rappers. They all have a couple decent songs but they could be doing so much more than the pish watered down noise/punk thing they're all doing.

What's stopping me from stealing someone's riff and then putting it in a constant loop and I just reverb the fuck out of it and feed it plugins until it sounds like popcorn in the microwave and then I just record myself screaming and layer it 3 minutes in and finish "my song" and then I photoshop a picture of wooden baby blocks next to a pyramid and slap a name on it like "nutseed library" and then I keep doing this until you faggots find my shit and start eating it up

Yeah, they're more likely to do it for fans of genre-blending than for fans of rap or noise music.
And even then, there are better genre blends, even with rap.
>>60712205
Listen this, great shit
>>60712609
you being a pimply white boy with a gay lisp who sucks ass at rapping probably
>>60712362
Not a single tempo change it's just time signatures.
I really wish Clipping had a better rapper though, he has clarity and a nice sound, but sub-par lyrics just kind of kill it for me.

such as?

It's a pasta, dummy.

Yeah come on man, back up your opinions. Don't be like 90% of this board who talk shit and don't explain.
>>60712620
>fans of genre bending
>>60712362
Thats like the best song in their whole discog. If they consistently did more content to that level they'd be goat honestly.
>>60712205
>clipping
>harsh noise
Epic my man. Did you by any chance get recomended clipping. because of your love of Death Grips?
>>60712386
Just the album posted in the OP. I'll check out Midcity but songs like Summertime and Get Up aren't what I'd call harsh noise
