I must admit I was unhappy with her performance, but I was just listening musically instead of emotionally. Yeah I'm not sure why exactly, but I always had this image in my mind of Rivers being lonely and angsty at Harvard in the winter time and writing all these lonely, angsty songs. I definitely agree it's not really comfy, and could be more applicable to like late summer?
