If this album is edgy, then edginess stops being an inherently bad thing. Provocative imagery and thematically challenging concepts are present in so much art. 'Edginess' is only inherently negative if it implies insincerity or immaturity, neither of which are present in Noontide.

Yes, this album is incredible. Insularum is good too, but not as good, in my opinion. Noontide however is true hyperborean solar fucking metal. I need to check out Eldrig and see if his split-off work is any good. Heil victory.
