What does /mu/ think of Black Sabbath

They're alright
Vol. 4 is their best.
>>60635541
AM is their worst album
Love them, but i'm starting to hate all those stoner bands influenced by them.
Some really solid songs but they get old fast. I downloaded their first 5 or 6 albums over the summer and had a fun couple nights listening to the good tracks, then didn't touch them for months and have no interest in listening again
Dio era is best era

Their first 5 albums are incredible, the rest are meh.

One of those bands that age pretty badly.
Funny how a band like this only have like only 4 or 5 good albums.

riffs could've been written by anybody

But they didn't.

>only 4 or 5 good albums.
most bands don't even reach that point, wtf are you saying?
Masters of Reality is a legitimately timeless album

That's like 1% of their discography
I didn't even know post-75 Sabbath was a thing
>going to see them play early next year
>tfw its with my boss so i cant blaze it
You can't go wrong with their first 3

I miss middle school
One of my all time favorite bands, their 1st 2 albums are master pieces. Their problem imho is that their worst songs are the ones that get most attention while greats like "a national acrobat" and "the warning"
