I love this 80s revival stuff.
Tame Impala, Neon Indian, Ariel Pink, John Maus, the list goes on.
But were the 80s actually that good? What artists are these guys inspired from? Were they actually good, or do contemporary acts bring it to a better level?

A lot of synthpop groups plus modern inspiration such as glitching and such. Neon Indian grouped in a mix tape with a few albums and I'd guess he drew inspiration from those bands
