Saw them live. Pretty fun.
Hot Fuss is actually a great album. And Mr. Brightside is a perfect song that makes me feel things. Great stuff.

Actually the most fun I've had at a gig, saw them in a small venue (for them - ~1,500) and got up front with all the fans. They opened with Mr Brightside and it was just non stop fun from start to finish. What I liked was that they gave all their albums equal time in the setlist abd didn't focus too heavily on Battle Born, which they were touring off of.

Agreed. I quite like Day & Age(I do prefer Sawdust, Sam's Town and Hot Fuss little more though) but Battle Born wasn't that great.

Always was a big fan of this band as a teenager. Loved the first three albums, but IMO battleborn kind of sucks. Liked Brandon Flower's first solo record quite a bit too. Not that into the desired effect, but for a pop album it's alright.
I just hope their next record is actually good. Brandon admits that Battleborn was not great, so hopefully they pull through.

I love Hot Fuss and could listen to it almost any given day of the week but I cannot stand anything they've released since. This doesn't include Glamorous Indie Rock & Roll, The Ballad of Michael Valentine, or Under The Gun. I consider those to be part of Hot Fuss.

I just want them to go back to the hazy, less serious summer feeling that they had on Hot Fuss. They don't have to make the same album but they've been so serious for a while, it's a quality I miss.

Saw them live back in 2010, my first concert ever, i ended up front row and fighting some random guy for a drumstick from Ronnie Vannucci, man that was a hell of a show.
