The most underrated album of the past twenty five years was made by a friend of mine. It's absolutely incredible. It's prog folk concept album based around a novel he wrote in 2006. He just gives copies to anyone who asks.
As a huge Pink Floyd fan, Division Bell sucks, terrible 80's new-wave vibe to it.
