i personally convert everything to 192 kbps through itunes and. i mostly listen to music on my phone trough those shitty apple ear plugs so i can't really tell the difference. most of my library is 320 with a few 256 aac albums.

V0 for sure. But 320 kbps is fine too if it's all you can find.
