i mean compared to his contemporaries he is not even close. bonham, ginger, moon the loon, et al are all so much more talented than ringo. saying he's shit is wrong though, you are right, but just as far as the era he was in, he just pales in comparison to a lot of other guys who really fucking know their way around a kit, i mean he was drumming at the same time as legends so it's just clear when you hear the patterns he plays and the times they use in every song are all easy as shit to play for an average drummer. i had to listen to those fills again to remember , but yea you are right those are well done.
