Whether you want to admit it or not, anyone with published music has talent. Whether or not anybody listens to their talent is a different story.
That being said, I'd say anyone that has an extreme number of views probably has some abnormal propagation of their music. For example, girls in middle school saying he's amazing to all their friends, or chastising people into listening to him. Basically advertising. I'd say views mostly = to advertisement.
Of course there is very obscure music that isn't very welcoming to new listeners, but I'd imagine there is a large number of musicians who have very inviting music but don't have the image.
