I completely agree. And I didn't like it at first, I thought the opening hook "fucked your bitch in some Gucci flip flops" was corny and the album was repetitive.
But damn this is a stone cold classic, and I say that because I've listened to it almost everyday for the past 2 months.

OP here. Imo, I think that DS2 has this exceptionally dark, drugged out theme and future does an excellent fucking job of making you feel everything he's saying.
For example, the song Rich Sex just embodies this twisted, blackened luxury that future lives every day. The song Blood on the Money has this satanic sort of feel to it... like the line "I know the devil is real, I know the devil is real" is bone chilling.
The whole album just feels like its from some cold, massive, lonely ass planet with a 25,000 mile deep frozen ocean. I don't know how else to put it.
Despite its simplicity I think its a fantastic fuckin album
Are you all autistic? I love Future and this album bumps but it isn't even top 200 of the past 5 years.
Plus Beast Mode, 56 Nights and Monster are all way better than this

It is such a solid release.
That's a big statement so I dunno about best album. Definitely in the top 5 albums of the year for me. Didn't think much of it at first but it really grew on me. Love the tone of his voice and how it changes to evoke emotion like >>60473766 said. Especially this line
