I think the first half of the demo might be a tad stronger, but I always thought it dropped off a little after the second verse and went nowhere after that. I like how the album version progresses more.

I remember her saying she lost the Ableton file for REALiTi. It makes you wonder if the album version was an attempt at remaking it from scratch and ending up with a meh edition. Then different moods take over and she adds a new style to it. I think she said the original demo was from 2013.
